I was wondering if anyone could give me insight on how to go about finding partners? I am new to flipping and any kind of real estate investing. I come across potential good flip properties all the time in my area as I also am a real estate agent. 

What is the best way to partner with someone on a flip and how do I post on here to see if anyone is interested? I don't think I can secure a mortgage loan, but have a little money put down. This is the main reason I need to partner. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Best places to look for a house for potential House Flipping? MLS, Zillow, Auction sites, Court Steps... I have access to the MLS as I am a realtor but didn't know if there were better options?

@Mark Holencik- Been working on it and the credit is not terrible, just not good enough yet to secure and lower interest loan. I just didn't know if there were any other options that I could do while I work on these things.

Any ideas on how I can get involved in Real Estate investing without having a ton of money saved up or having a good credit score? Maybe holding a real estate license provides value since I don't have the money or credit?

I'm looking to buy my first rental property soon. What price range and areas should I be looking to buy in? I am also a real estate agent and have access to a couple of different MLS' in my area. I am in the Missouri and homes are pretty cheap around here.
