That makes sense. The issue isn’t so much qualifying as it is the fact that I don’t want to pay more than 10% down. It doesn’t look like it’s possible.

Hi everyone. I’m looking to invest in a property and looking on Airbnb to see nightly stay and occupancy data for nearby properties and I’m confused about one thing. There don’t appear to be any open calendar days available for booking for the next 12 months. I find it hard to believe that every single day is booked for the next year. Could these dates be greyed out for any other reason other than it already being booked? For example, does an owner have to somehow open the month to allow booking far out and dates are grey/unavailable simply because it’s too far out and not opened up for booking yet? 

I don’t know why I didn’t think of this. Thank you
