Hello, my husband and I are new real estate investors. We have been researching for a few months now on being real estate investors and are going to be getting an LLC to start doing business under. We have also decided that my husband will be getting a real estate license along the way. We would like to do a few flips to start out with and then do some buy and hold properties. We were wondering if there were any wholesaler's in the Brentwood, CA (94513) or around the CA Bay area. We are learning quite a bit through Bigger Pockets podcasts, Webinars, and reading materials as well. Our goal is to continue to do these things while trying to find a 2-3 bedroom residential property to start our real estate investing. We are very excited and desire to put it into action. We have heard so many great stories and experiences. We are ready to make some of our own. If anyone can provide any guidance or advice, we would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you.

Dawn

Sam, thank you so much for all of your guidance. It really meant the world to me. You brought up a few issues I had never thought about. It was very helpful and will be looking forward to sharing it with my husband.

Shawn, and Jo-Ann, thank you for your time and input as well. I will research the real estate trainers and also the Groupon suggestion too.

Such great ideas and wonderful advice.

Thanks again.

Thank you so much. Yes, I agree. My husband and I have been taking advantage of all the podcasts, webinars, digital books, etc that is provided to us on BP. It has been so insightful. We are excited about our future as real estate investors.

Hello.

My husband is interested in getting a real estate license to help in our real estate investing. He works full time, Mon-Fri. Would anyone recommend any online class to get this done? Also, we live in the state of CA and are most likely going to invest out of state due to the cost of living here. Once we narrow down which state we are going to invest in, would we have to pay full price for the license in another state?
