Post: Need a local CPA to take over my taxes

I am in need of a local CPA that is still taking clients. I live in Georgetown, TX 78633. I have always done our taxes but this year I am running into difficulties. I know its extremely late in the game but I did not foresee me not being able to complete them. Can anyone recommend a good real estate CPA that would be local to me or how I can locate one that could help me out?

We have not purchased a property with her as of yet. I am sure in the future we will. I look at each one she sends us and when the right one comes along we will. Right now we are investing out of state.

Hi, Tyler. My family and I live her in Georgetown. We are investing in single family for right now. We are connected with Poem Turner as well. She is a great realtor that only works for investors. I have been on her email disbursement list for a couple of years now. I attended her last meet up and it was great. I am looking forward to her next one. If you would like  her email to get connected to her and to find out about the meet up just send me a message. Maybe we will see you there sometime.

Thanks for your input, Kevin.

Hi, Etienne and Ronald. Thank you so much for your input and time. I appreciate your guidance. It's so exciting and we just want to make sure we do it right at the beginning. I have another question for you, do you pay for registered agents for each of your LLC's? Like would I pay for a registered agent for the LLC in Indiana as well as the parent company here in TX, Nevada, or Wyoming?

We live in TX, investing in IN, where should I set up an LLC right now for our first property (possibly Series LLC in the future)?

Thank you William. That is great to hear. Congratulations on your first property. We are excited and can not wait to purchase ours in April! I will check them out.

Hi, Costin. Yes that would be great if it's not too much of a hassle. Thank you so much!

Have you guys heard about any new recent tax law that allows you to use stock to purchase property without the tax implications in previous years? Something like a 1031 but it's not that of course...

I have a couple of people who are telling me to form the LLC through Delaware for a property in Indiana? Wouldn't we have to pay for filing for both states?

Also, Can we only leverage property that is in our own personal name?

Can you guys tell me specifically who we need to have on our team so that we do things right in the process of buying properties? So far we need a CPA and an attorney...

Thanks again, and sorry for all of the questions. :)
