@Shyam Sah

So I really don't exactly post much but I've noted what I enjoy using and well it happens to be RentRedi. I've looked in the past for a few applications that would suit my needs as well. I read over the other comments here and a god amount of them really do lean towards using what is available to you through your membership with BiggerPockets. Now while I may not be a Pro member. I do pay pay for RentRedi an I won't give an endorsement to something that I don't currently use or have been using for quite some time. I have been using the platform for years what I believe has been 3 or 4+ years. Gotta be honest it has all the bells and whistles you mentioned and honestly the price point is hard to beat for what is offered.

Unlimited Rentals

No fee for adding teams etc

No fee to onboard and get your banking setup

Rent Collection, Late Fee rules,

Syndication, Prequalification, Applications, Background Checks,

Both a web portal and app for your tenants to make payments,

Renters Insurance and also shows if they have it by means of the app.

Notifications, Rent Reminders, Maintenance Requests, OOoo and I forgot it also has Latchel which lets you out source maintenance by vetted contractors, also they handle your calls for you. (This is a paid feature)

I could keep listing but maybe give it a go to be honest. I don't think you would be disappointed. Like its super feature packed and hey you can reach out or reply here. It might take some time for me to get back but I'll do my best. In the end you should be the person who decides what best fits you. I hope that RentRedi serves you as well as it has for me. I got to say though it has never stopped when it comes to features.. Oh and one thing to note.. Customer support. Honestly that makes it or breaks it right. Very responsive customer support and tutorials. Okay okay I know I sound like a fan boy.. but honestly its hard to make a guy who writes software and designs systems for web applications a fan boy. If don't like something I clearly state it. Buuut honestly RentRedi hits every area you mentioned and then some at an amazing price. I believe you can try it out for a super low price.. not sure but if you are here and have listened to biggerpockets podcasts.. I'm sure you have heard a code or something to help get you started evaluating. I wish you the best of luck!! and for everyone who has replied to your question.. if you can.. please come back and let us know what you decided! I think it would be beneficial to the forum. Have fun!

@ Sanjay Bakshi

Honestly it would depend on the demographics of your rentals. The systems makes this easy for you to do. Also don't forget you get to add team members which I hope is safe to say you have given the amount of doors you own. This feature is again free unlike other platforms that usually charge per user. Maybe try a few and see how it is adopted.

@Arron Barnes

Awesome glad to be of help :)

@Arron Barnes Hey there! I'm using it. I've been on RentRedi since the early days of its inception. The payments are super easy! I love the flexibility.  You have he ability to connect multiple accounts if you would like to setup different properties like this. Or if you prefer one deposit account bam! its that easy.  If you want more info on how I use if for properties shoot me a message. I wouldn't mind jumping a quick call for questions or if you simply want a demo of how I have it set up and how easy its been!

Ok so this would pretty much be the first post I've every created...So figured man I watch this channel so much now that I felt others would find some value in sharing. Talk about value add :P

So this YouTube channel covers so many things we find ourselves wondering how would I or how should you do something. Better yet it also explains what materials are needed and how to "vet and inspect" <- (Officially Coining that!! - @Joshua Dorkin ). They even started to post the plans for most of the projects they do!

The channel is called "Home Renovision DIY" and you can simply search for it on YouTube or click the link.

Honestly It would be cool if we had him on the podcast and even add his channel as a resource/partner!! This dude brings crazy value!

Leave comments! I'd love to hear what others think or even if it helped.

@Peter Giammanco Hey I have been using the platform for some time now. Really like it man. If you want more details shoot me a PM.

@Jason D. Curious about the signatures and names used when refinancing into a LLC. Would the LLC be listed and then you the owner of the LLC sign as the Manager?

Currently in the process but it looks as if my name and not the LLC is being listed on loan disclosures.
