Hey I’m about to become a new real estate agent in nyc and I don’t know if I should do commercial or residential property in 2021-2022 like what would be the the best market to choose from during this time?

I soon be a new real estate agent in NYC and I was wondering Do I need a car as a real estate agent ? Will it benefit me in anyway ? Or should I just stick to transit transportation?

So million dollars listing is fake ? 😅

So a $300k house x 5% = $15,000. The other agent gets half so you get $7,500. Your broker gets half so you end up with $3,750. Divide into $1,000,000. That gets us to 266.66.

So now ask yourself......can I do 267 real Estate deals in a year, working part time?

The answer for most people would be - Hell No. Did that answer your question?

PS - Realtors, check me on this, I'm guessing at some of these figures....

In NY it’s 6%.

I think having a Architecture degree is a good combination with a real estate license?

Okay so the college semester is coming up and I need to register for classes but I’m trying to get my real estate license and I don’t know what to do should I do either 1.college full time and real estate part time ? Or 2.college part time and real estate full time ? Or 3.college part time and real estate part time ?
