Bandit signs are everywhere in Phoenix. For those saying you will be fined, have any of you been fined before? I am just curious because I see “Scott buys houses” everywhere all the time. I have also noticed his bandit signs are way high up so they are not easily taken down. I am just curious because like I said they are everywhere and it seems they put them up in my neighborhood in the 19th Ave and union hills area often. Heck one of my buyers says his company uses them often as well.

Hello BP. I am from Tucson but have been in Phoenix the last 5 years. I have just started wholesaling up here but want to know if anyone has any experience in tucson or if anyone buys there. I personally think it would be a good market because of how much it’s growing. In my grandmas neighborhood alone there’s so many new developments as far as shopping, student housing, etc. Does anyone invest in Tucson? If so, why or why not. Thanks

If a number is on the do not call list, but also listed in a public directory, can it still be called? What can happen if u do call a number on the do not call list? Part of my marketing plan is driving for dollars and then once I find a number of the owners cold call. Any advice or tips would be great. Thanks

Thanks for sharing. I am also wanting to get started in wholesaling here in PHX. I have been doing a ton of research and feel I need to more. The free info from Cody Sperber, Preston Ely, YouTube, and BP have been a great help. I haven't bought any courses yet either since I feel theres plenty of info a out there for free. But the info provided by Cody and Preston alone answered a lot of wholesaling questions and have sample contracts you can check out. You should look them up. Just my 2 cents, I hope this helps.

Excuse my lack of legal jargon, but does that mean its legal or not legal to wholesale in AZ? As many times as I have read this post and AZRE.gov, I am still having a hard time understanding. Can someone simplify this for me please? Thanks

Hello BP. I am super new to real estate investing and have chosen wholesaling as my niche to start while still working my full time job. I have been researching analysing deals so I can practice and start making offers. As I have been researching I have not seen anything on analysing deals for wholesaling. Am I missing something? I have only been seeing posts on fix and flips or duplexes or buy and holds etc. Are the formulas essentially the same or does it depend on what the buyer is trying to do with the property? Any insight on this would be great. Thanks.

Hello. Great post. I am in tech support for a reputible cable and internet company. I have been doing tech support for over 8 years now and to be honest I am getting bored with it. I have taken a interest in real estate investing and have been learning everything I can about wholesaling since thats the niche I would like to start in and then work my way to have property rentals for passive income here in Phoenix.
