Are you interested in Northern KY as well? If so, I would love to add you to my buyers list!

Sure.  Please send over anything you have I’d love to take a look.

Hello all - I am looking to connect with wholesalers in the Cincinnati area. I would be a cash buyer and looking to get added to any email list you may have for deals. I invest in SFR and 2-4 multifamily properties.

I currently have 2 rental houses and am looking to expand. Right now I am on Long Island, NY and finding home with positive cash flow is pretty hard.

In looking at markets, I have seen Rochester, NY has pretty good rent rates for the purchase price.

I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts on Rochester for buy and hold? Thank you all for any advice.
