@Eliott Elias that is a good idea. My investments are in a somewhat undeveloped area. Plenty of room to grow. What I think this area is lacking is businesses (shopping centers)

Hi BP investors.

My 3 properties are in Denver Colorado.

What strategies are taken when your backyard isn't investable anymore. Does anyone start looking in other cities and if so, what do you usually look for when investing in other cities/county's/ states?

@Nathan G. My first investment I owe 270,000 and it is currently valued at 490,000. Do you think taking a heloc out and just sit and wait for a new opportunity? I was thinking of cash out refinance.

@Nathan G. On my first property I owe $267,000 on the loan. The property values at around $500,000. Would you do a heloc and sit on the cash till a deal comes my way. I'm a patient investor. Just seeing if that is a good way to start?

@Nathan G. Thank you. I do take care of my properties well and keep a good and honest relationship with my tenants. Do you recommend taking money out to aquire another property during this buyers market? Don't want to take away from my cash flow if it doesn't make sense to chase these high priced homes

Hey biggerpockets community. I am in the Denver market. I have just purchased my 3rd home. 1st home I've owned since 2009. 2nd home I purchased at the end of 2019. My 3rd home is my primary residence. Advice on strategies? Can you take a cashout refinance on my investment property? If so how would that affect taxes? Trying to acquire more properties with the equity that was built. Plz help
