Hi all,

Looking for a multi-family complex with at least 30+ units, class B or C desired. If Class C, under $200k or around per door. Please let me know if you know of someone that have such asset to sell.

Anyone in Sacramento or know anyone there that is willing to sell a 30+ class B/C property? For class C, it must be under or close to $200k per door.

@Ryan OConnor sad SF and Seattle areas are inflated. Perhaps try Detroit? You may want to look at Vancouver.
