@Victor Warnsley It is very good to see other Airman on here =) I'm stationed at Malmstrom. I am very appreciative of my time so far in the military (5 years), but at this point I'd like to transition to entrepreneurship far sooner than my 20 year mark! I am considering doing the guard part time though. I was stationed in Columbus, MS for 1.5 years. Really enjoyed it. ?

Howdy Everyone, I'm Dave. I'm a 27 year old Air Force officer living in Montana. I've been reading about RE Investing for about 4 years now, but from a combination of bad luck, analysis paralysis, and laziness, I only have my primary residence single family home in Great Falls, MT to show for. I'm really excited about learning more from this site, and am interested in leaving the military to work full time in real estate (in 1 manner or another) in the next few years. Currently I am finishing re-financing my primary residence. Once that is complete, I'm looking to get it rented out and hopefully will find a duplex-4 unit to buy and move into this fall. I would also like to quickly say that I love the podcast and listen to it regularly, so thanks to Josh & Brandon!
