Hey DFW Wholesalers! I'm compiling a list of different marketing campaigns/strategies and wanted to gauge what is most effective in the current DFW real estate market. I know it's a loaded question, but thanks for your input and sharing the strategies that give you the best response rates!

@Rick Pozos Thanks for the warm introduction, and I am looking forward to connecting at those meetups with you!

@Robert Finn that's awesome! Yes, being a parent is such a joy! It's so good to hear the RE community is solid in San Antonio. I would imagine it's a good place for RE due to ATX being such a hot market close by. Looking forward to learning more about the market.

@Conner Olsen thanks for the good plug! It's funny, I just recently read Set for Life by Scott Trench and have the House Hacking Strategy on my shelf ready to read next. We are actually planning to house hack for our first home purchase in SA!

Hey BP forum! I wanted to officially introduce myself to everyone as I am beginning my real estate journey. Over the last two years, I have read books upon books on personal finance (of course, starting with Rich Dad Poor Dad) and real estate and have learned so much! I first learned about Bigger Pockets through the Real Estate podcast and was hooked right away. Since then, I have been an avid listener of the podcast and became a free member of BP last October.

Between then and now, my wife and I introduced our first child into the world, and we are currently in the process of moving to San Antonio permanently. Now that we are more settled in this season of life, I'm ready to go from learning to taking action! I have become a Pro member and am looking forward to connecting with awesome people and adding value to this community as I start my RE portfolio. Cheers to future financial freedom!!
