I live on the south side and have lived in Corpus for 10 years if you need any boots on the ground. I am new to real estate investing but have been listening to the podcast and studying the forum for a couple years while getting in position financially to make an investment. I’d be happy to help  if you need anything.

I had to run out of town last minute so I won’t be able to make it today. Keep us updated if anyone attends and let us know what y’all discussed. 

That date works for me. I’m new to real estate and bigger pockets so I’m hoping to soak up as much as I can from other investors. I don’t have any properties yet but I’ve been living in Corpus for 10 years. B&J’s pizza might be a good place to meet up.
