Hi to everyone in the Biggger Pockets forums. My name is David from Baldwin, NY. Although I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts as well as The Money show podcast for a few months, it took me a while and I just recently became a pro member and finally decided to post in the forums. I stumbled into real estate investing while looking into ways to make passive income to supplement my regular job. While rewarding and the pay is great, everytime I see my paycheck and the taxes come out, I ask myself, there's got to be another way to make enough to achieve financial independance. So this is how I eneded up here reading all the forums, listening to the podcasts, and most recently finding a mentor that really sparked a passion in me when it comes to real estate investing. During my spare time, I enjoy crossfit, reading, cooking, and spending as much time as possible with my wife and kids.
