Hello, Can somone help me?

I´m from Monterrey Mexico, as many mexicans I have a lot of relatives in Texas, a few months ago one of my uncles passed away and my aunt is selling some of the properties she has, becausse she doesnt want to manage them, one of them is a small comercial center (9 spaces) and I´m trying to see if there´s a way for me to get a loan and purchase the property

It costs $1.1 million usd with a potencial of $108,600 usd in yearly rents, actually it has a 85% occupancy and gets $93,000 usd in yearly rents

how can a get a loan to purchase the property?

I´m not a USA Citizen, neither resident, I´m from Mexico, actually living in Monterrey, Mexico a couple of hours from the US Border

Hi, my name is David Parra, I´m from, Monterrey Mexico, very glad to be here at Bigger Pockets.

I am in real estate since 2002, but working as RE Manager oening stores for a 500 Fortune company, now I'm Starting my carrer as real estate investor developin commercial centers in my city, if any one is interested on investing in Mexico I´ll be glad to help

Also I want to invest in Texas in single family homes, it will be awesome if someone can help me on how to get a loan to begin to invest on this
