@Andy Rumple Right, but wholesalers in reality shouldn’t be try to make more than the investor let alone trying to make a “killing” . To me, thats bad business practIce and feels like they are hIdIng somethIng. As a wholesaler part of it is being a negotiator, if your not willing to negotiate the maybe you shouldn’t be in the business. My .02, thanks for the reply!

@Kyle J. I like what your saying I think it’s shady personally and don’t do business with people like that. These wholesalers in my opinion don’t know what teeth are doing and are messing up the game Especially here in L.A. Thanks for the feedback!
