@Ceasar Rosas. I had no idea it was one of the fastest growing counties. I know there has been enormous investment in the borough...I had no idea that much. Ironically enough...I am a Parkchester native...Lived there till my early 20's. Even Parkchester has had a bit of a revival. What would be the prime targets in the Bronx? Im curious

So I will be attending a 2hr seminar this Saturday on Long Island in Hauppague. Its a free 2hr seminar on real estate. I am curious if anyone in the community has attended one of his seminars and is familiar with him.

I am just getting my feet wet in this very different world so I would love some insight. Thanks in advance.

@Grant Schulte Thats awesome Grant. I discovered BP through the realtor that helped me buy my home. Content here is great. Im on the opposite end of the spectrum though. Need to get capital to try and get started. Practicing Pharmacy can be rewarding in its own way but i need more freedom and i see this avenue as the ticket. Wishing you the best on your real estate endeavors

I am just trying to start learning about investing. A little late for me to get started. Money is definitely the biggest issue. I want to create a nest egg for my family. The old 401k is not enough of a tool in my mind. I am looking to get educated in Real Estate investing and start making extra money for myself and family. The OPM concept I have heard of but simply have no idea how to even get on that path. I will be getting this material and start learning.

My name is David Medina. I live in Long Long Island NY. I am a 42 y/o practicing pharmacist. I have long desired to find an investment vehicle for myself and my family. I always found the stock market confusing. I recently bought a new home and rented my 1st out (not doing so well on that). I happened to become good friends with the realtor that helped us buy our home. He is a member here and showed me the site. I am looking to learn here. I am eager to try my hand here to invest for my families future. I hope to learn and grow with you all. Great community here and awesome website.
