Hello BP. I am very excited today because got a call back from our realtor to inform us that the offer we sent for our rental property was accepted.  The question is the following 

1) We sent the offer using our names. We have an LLC that we want to use.. How do we register the house under the LLC? Do i need to change the offer ?

2) is it worth it?

Hello Guys .  Can anybody recommend a lender who can be used for Cash-out Refinance a property. I have a property in Broward county and have some equity i want to take out so i can keep investing.   Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. 

@Bob Razler thank you for your reply. I checked the meetings online but i am afraid they will try to sell training or products. Have you attended any of those meetings?

Hello guys. My name is David and very excited to be part of bigger pockets. I am looking for my first rental property but with high prices down here ( Broward ) properties don't seem to cash flow ( at least the ones I have chedcked so far).  Any suggestions on what part of Broward or even palm beach or Miami date will be a good location for rental property.  thank you for your response and for helping a new real estate investor.
