@Mark Ainley With the NAID number we're looking to bid on some HUD homes via the HUD Home Store. And we need someone with the NAID to do that on our behalf. I have a realtor here in Atlanta that does it for us, but I guess that doesn't transfer across state lines. Is that something you could help with? (Also, thanks for the recommendation on the attorney)

Hi, I'm currently locating in Atlanta and I'm looking to do some virtual wholesaling in the Chicago area. Can someone refer an investor friendly closing attorney in Chicago and perhaps an investor friendly realtor with an NAID number?

You should join the Facebook group called Wholesaling Houses Full Time. There are about 21k wholesalers in the group and many are probably in your area. Many of them have cash buyers and if you agree to joint venture (JV) with them and split your profits in sure they would be more than willing to help.
