@Erick Elias Great advice. I am now moving forward with a lease option which will allow things to go much faster. I know Revolucion well. I was looking at Distrito Revolucion at one point. Let me know if Qwerky might be a good chance to collaborate (link in my bio or google search for website).

@William A. It was a simple slip (I had posted a comment but noticed another user had made same comment and didn't want to replicate). Then I couldn't find the "delete" option. Emailed support and they said "as a one time thing, we can delete your comment"! This should be a standard option not a privilege. It's a little medieval really.

For some bizarre reason, I cannot find a "delete" option for this comment so have just added this and contacted support. Any ideas??! You would think it would be a pretty standard option.

@Chuck Kramer Really appreciate your advice and help. Glad to see some members of this forum are encouraging and understanding of fellow investors. If there is anything I can do to help you Chuck, let me know.

@Wendy Schultz Nice. Could you introduce me to them?

@Chuck Kramer Out of the three (First Tennessee State Bank, Peoples Bank, Mountain Commerce Bank), which did you go with? Fair point re: jobs.

@Luke Carl So what spec would $500k get? If it is a 4 bed, that seems really expensive. Not San Diego high but I was expecting a lot lower for that area.

@Alex Bekeza Good ideas. Thank you. Any programs you can recommend? Links?

@Jake Cohen I've heard good things about them. Would they do a regular financing from scratch or only re-financing?

@Charles Kao Can you give me an example of a deal you found that attracted investors?
