I just purchased an investment SFH in Phila. Looking at Norristown for a multifamily duplex or triplex at cheap prices. Does anyone have recommendation on whether I should stay in Phila or look into buying in Norristown? In terms of cash flow and appreciation?

Thx.

@Yushi Bai welcome Yushi.. I can recommend if you’re looking to invest in the US, invest where Chinese people invest in and you won’t go wrong.. Where Chinese people invest in they will make sure there is appreciation, great cashflow, and potential for commercial activities... I would also invest in spill-over cities like Philadelphia. Spill-over from NY, since it’s become too expensive that they are coming down to Phila, which is still very affordable, to buy or invest.

Are you still seeing Chinese investors from Mainland China and Chinese buyers/investors from Brooklyn buying up parts of Mayfair?  What areas are they concentrating in? Around St.Vincent St near the First Oriental Supermarket? or are they also buying in the surrounding hood like Holmesburg?
