I'm new to all of this, I checked out tonight's webinar on BRRRR and everything. I've been reading books trying to figure out all I can. My market around me seems tough, I am just north of Philadelphia. I have two listings here and I'd love if someone could possibly do some of the math to figure out if these are good investments! Not looking to buy at all or for someone to do it for me, but I'd like to see what anyone else might say about these. Example: if some said these are bad deals, I'd like to try on my own to figure out why.This is more like practice for me and I'd love some help!
