Vincent Villani yes it is a bit tight but possible if they are in a nice condition (hardwood floor s etc. ) but please don’t make your decision based on opinion.

@Vincent Villani you could get close to that numbers is the property us in the right location and is i the right condition. Try to target people that work in NYC or section 8 (yes I️ know that they are on opposite side of the spectrum)
