Chase that would be great, I'm originally from Waterloo and have a lot of my family that still lives there. I'm not just interested in one area, I want to be involved where ever the properties take me.  I have a lot to learn and look forward to making connections everywhere I can. I want to do flips, wholesales, and rentals.  I know it's going to take a little time but I'm ready to go.

So if your LLC is set up before making any money you are fine and elect S status? I'm new as well and was told that I should get an LLC set up. I need to get more information and study up.

Hello my name is David Kass and I'm from Cedar Rapids, Ia. I'm new to REI and looking to make connections to help me how ever you can. I recently lost my job and I'm committed to making a change. I want to make a better life for my loved ones and show them that if you tap into the help and work hard things will happen for the better. What really has got me interested in Real Estate is watching shows like Flip or Flop, Property Brothers, and Love it or List In. A few years ago I also remodeled my complete basement. I love seeing my ideas come to form and how things are done.
