I've taken some of the other courses. They don't teach much.  It's all common sense stuff you might as well just watch a 10 min youtube video and be on your merry way

What is everyone's overall thoughts on Atlanta and surrounding suburbs SFH growth? And what areas are considered to have the greatest potential? I am an out of state potential investor looking for reasonable cash flow and strong appreciation. I live in South Florida and am looking at other markets for investment. Florida real estate is terrible.
