Does anyone know the Airbnb covid rules in Big Bear, CA? I heard there’s a limit on how many guests but can’t find the details. Do children count?

I know I'm a bit late to the conversation but I disagree with most of the responses. I am a part-time notary signing agent. I've only been doing this for 3 months and already I've met 4 big time real estate investors. One of them has over 50 rentals and we now meet up for coffee regularly. It's a great way to meet people who are doing what you want to do... invest in real estate.

@Richard Sherman I’ve seen picture and it’s actually really bad. Roof leaks and is falling apart which is likely the reason for mold. Mold is in the kitchen cabinets and all around the house. She paid $400 out of her own pocket to get a test done to force him to remove the mold but he sent out some cheap guy who didn’t fix the problem at all.

@Richard Sherman and @mary When I google “California tenant advocacy group” a number of different groups pop up. Should there be a specific group for my state or would any one work? Thank you both!!

@Richard Sherman The landlord won’t let her break the lease. She’s moving to OK in 4 months and doesn’t have the physical or financial ability to move again and float 2 rents.

I’m looking for a California lawyer to help out a friend who’s in an unsafe situation. The house she rents has extreme levels of mold. The landlord has refused to send out anyone competent at removing the mold. I’m looking for a lawyer who’s willing to help scare the landlord into fixing this by sending a letter to him. Any lawyers willing to do this out of the kindness of their heart? The tenant suffers from a number of health issues and the mold is literally making it difficult for her to take care of herself and her daughter. A simple letter could do the trick. I would be grateful to anyone willing to help.
