Thanks guys, I'll give these two a call!

Hey BP!  I'm looking for someone to remove a dead tree and grind a few stumps.  I'm also looking for someone to come give an estimate on paving what is currently a gravel driveway with asphalt.   Any recommendations?

My apologies is this is the wrong forum or it has already been posted - I searched forums and didn't find anything specific to Columbus.

The 43223 zip code isn't a great area.   That being said, based on what I can see (using PadMapper and Rent-O-Meter) you could potentially get $500-$600 per side out of place there, depending on the condition of the property.   Taxes in that area should be cheap since it's Columbus City Schools.  I have no doubts it could be an income generating property but you may have to deal with some issues because of the area.

Check out the Columbus Dispatch's crime map (http://www.dispatch.com/content/sections/news/crime/crime-map.html) to give you an idea of what I'm talking about with the area.  Again, I don't want to dissuade you from the property, but it's in an area I don't generally consider because of the higher crime rates.

HI Brian, I've heard mention of the Columbus meetups.  Is there a facebook page or similar to keep track of them?  Thanks!
