Hi I am a rookie real estate investor looking to invest in phoenix from out of state; I'm embarrassed to post but was wondering if anyone could guide me on areas of phoenix that is good to invest and areas to avoid? I will be in the area to personally check out phoenix this week, and wanted to see if I could get some advice so I can narrow my focus. Thank you
