Yep that is their plan. I like the property on the cover of the article. We worked really hard on that one.

Dang for a group that I'm guessing doesn't have much knowledge of Ann Arbor, you guys sure seem pretty sure of yourselves on the str market here. In terms of the City not wanting us here though- you're more right than wrong forsure. 2 to 1 in City Council is against. We will see if that changes.

The numbers are good. The University of Michigan goes a long way.

City council has directed staff to create legislation to be put into place by Summer 2020 banning all str's unless property is owner occupied and the owner occupant is present during the guests stay

Myself and sizeable group of investors and homeowners in Ann Arbor are fighting short term rental banning legislation in the City of Ann Arbor and are interested in working with an attorney or advocate with experience in short term rental legislation. If anyone has any contacts please let me know.
