Hello everyone in SoCal (Inland Empire) or surrounding area. I’m currently seeking an experience new construction developer investor. There is a 5acre lot that I am very interested in. It’s in a great neighborhood surrounded by homes and nearby schools. The seller of the land is my Pastor and is very motivated in selling the property. We have a great relationship, and I know i can get a fair deal on it. I’m in need of a team to help me get this deal going through. Thank you!

It’s in a great residential neighborhood with houses at a medium price of 300k. The Lot belongs to my Pastor with a clear title. If anyone wants in with me. I will give you details about the lot and location. I had a contractor go out and look at the property and he states it can be a great deal for a great price of the lot. I will also be getting appraisals with a few more contractors to seek the best deal of contractors. I’m open to your contractors and expertise in development. Thank you

I’m more then new to this business, I have read a little about investing in real estate and figured out that wholesaling may be the perfect and quickest way to get my feet wet? I have also learned that Im definitely in need of a mentor to help me in my journey for success. Should I start off by finding a mentor that is a real estate agent already? Or preferably where? Or should I get my own real estate license? Please help me! Thank you!
