@Brandon Miller

Brandon- I am a MHP broker in Columbus but I’m originally from Loveland so this is really intriguing to me. I’d be glad to connect and learn more about the deal.

Hey guys,

Thinking about buying a park that was built in the year 1940 and has 10 empty lots that are developed for a park model sized home. If there is enough space behind the pad to pour more concrete and extend, can I do that?

Is this common? What are the considerations for doing such a thing?

@Angel Gutierrez

It is also about the messaging- what you can communicate to a buyer. If you believe your park is worth X, it very well might be worth X. However, if you’re not communicating the value to a buyer, they might not understand why your park is priced as it is.

@Kelly Cook I would be interested in taking a look. If so, send me a DM and we could set up a call.

@Autumn Rankin Hi Autumn, I also took Frank's course and am a Mobile Home Park broker with Colliers International along with my partner, Russ Williamson. Combined, we've sold over $300M in mobile home parks. I would love to set up a call, answer any questions that you have, and help you sell the park. Let me know if you'd still like help!

Does anybody have any lender recommendations in Toledo for a park with loan size < $750k and GRAVEL roads? I called Security Mortgage Group to inquire about their small loan program but they require paved roads. Anybody have a lender in Toledo that they can recommend? In the meantime, I’m calling as many local banks as I can.
