@Pat L. @Kase Knochenhauer

Thank you both for the insight! Will definitely connect with the contractor as this was a plan that just came up.

Offers submitted today. Let’s see if it gets accepted. Thanks!

Hello everyone,

I tried using the search function to find information in regards to relocating the kitchen to a different area of the house. I couldn’t find anything.

I wanted to see if anyone did this previously and would like to share their experience? Wanted to improve the flow of the house and functionality.

What’s the approx cost? What was your timeline for permits? I know it may vary by city/county. Are there specific restrictions to keep in mind when doing this change?

I am located here in the Bay Area in California. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Alan Kahanu

I am looking for a contractor out in Indianapolis as well. Any luck finding one? How was their work overall? Your referral would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Nice job with the rehab! Thank you for the info and keep it up!

@Andrew Syrios Thank you Andrew! Much appreciated.

@Rob Drum Thanks Rob! I agree so far. What is the other way that you have tried so far?

@Matt Motil Thanks Matt! Are you currently investing in nearby areas to where you reside or do you typically invest out of state?

@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thanks Dmitriy for some of those recommendation! I will take a look at those. I appreciate it.

Hi everyone!

I have been listening to the BP podcast for the past 8 months and finally decided to do an introduction here on BP. I was born and raised here in the Bay Area and recently purchased my first property here in San Jose.

I currently rent out part of my house by utilizing the concept of "house hacking" and been a landlord for the past 8 months and it has been amazing!

I am interested in learning more about fix and flips, and also buy and holds here in northern California and even interested in buy and holds out of state.

I currently work full time and am looking for ways to create passive income moving forward, especially focused in real estate.

Thank you everyone for contributing to this real estate community! Theres definitely been some great learnings so far and looking forward to learn more and contribute moving forward!
