Hi all,

My name is David Borg, and I am a student at Wayne State University.

I'm extremely passionate about real estate, especially in the Metro Detroit area. I recently started the Real Estate Investment Association, a student-ran organization, at Wayne State. I would like to connect with local real estate investors with ranging levels of experience that have some interest in connecting with high-performing students that are aspiring real estate investors.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reply to this post, and I will be happy to discuss further.

Thanks,

David

Hi all, My name is David, and I am a 20 year old finance student in the Detroit area. I've decided to join BP after reading several of the books and listening to quite a few hours of podcasts. My interest in real estate stems from my family owning multiple apartment complexes, so I've been on the scene and got my hands dirty to experience the landlord life. My hope is to acquire my first rental property by 22, hopefully a single family home in the suburbs of Detroit. I hope to learn much more from the forums, and though I am just beginning, I hope to add value to this space as well!
