With our drive to get paid program, you simply allow us to place vinyl lettering on your rear car window, advertising that "we buy houses for cash" Each driver has a unique extension so that when someone calls the hot-line, and enters your extension, you get credit for creating that lead! If we end up completing that transaction with the seller, you will get paid a minimum of $500 dollars. (we pay $500 or 10% of the deal, which ever is GREATER)

If someone asks you about your sign, just have them call the number and enter your extension, We will take if from there.

It is that simple, and you do nothing more than what you normally do. All you have to do is drive and when someone calls YOU get credit for the lead.

The very next line states:

I pull out a contract and use one of the blue pens that I mentioned earlier that you should have for your presentation, and start writing and filling in the agreement. I use the blue ink so everyone in the future knows that there was nothing altered on the contract. And using colored ink is your best proof of a non-altered contract.

It also indicates which document is the original in the event you have to produce the original document.

Then it goes on to the equity presentation.....  But it does not pick back up with the terms.

Sorry, I don't see where it picks back up after the equity presentation.

What are the 4 terms you offer the seller?  Am I missing something or did this part get skipped?

REI Statement: Let me tell you how I buy houses, and the terms under which I can buy your house.

Absolutely keep your cool with them, but let them know that you're not playing games. You're a professional, and this is what you do for a living.

I have always used a buddy of mine, named Michael Zangara.  He has been working on the multi-family and apartment side of STL for about 10 years.  He ONLY works with multi-family and large apartments.    His cell is:  314-517-0903.    He has spent his entire career building a list of every single apartment owners contact info in the city.  HE KNOWS EVERYONE!    If this guy can't help you find a deal I'm note sure anyone can.   

No offense to any of the other Realtor's on this thread.  I just know Mike specializes in multi-family units ONLY and will be the best person in town to talk to in my opinion.

A buddy of mine uses this app. I think he pays 19.99 a month but it is amazing. Tracks all the houses and even pulls the county records for mailing address and exports to a csv format for easy mail merge for your yellow letter campaigns:

Does anyone in this thread have any of the information from the cody sperber course(s) about his "Grace for the grieving" program that he uses to market to mortuaries?

I saw a periscope recently with Cody talking about this and thought it was pretty genius and wanted to start marketing to some of the local funeral homes in my local market.   If anyone has any of that content and can share with me I would really appreciate it.  I'm not sure if this is something that he gives his students or just an idea he threw out over the periscope but either way please connect with me and let me know if you know anything more about that idea.  I appreciate it!
