My it’s deal was 17.

( under the radar).

Invested $1500. Worked on a 5 Plex up on East bench of SLC, Utah by University of Utah.

Put about 30 hours of cleanup and paint work and sold it for a $1500 profit.

I was the punk teenager that just made $50 an hour ( back in 1975).

Real estate agents made each about $2200 in commissions!

Kind of made me mad!!’

Not anymore!

Go get it newbie!

Sorry about the double post.  BP didn't show that it posted the first time yesterday!

2x4 eight footers almost doubled in price last 30 days, now over $6.50

New construction here is crazy everywhere.

Need to find a non busy GC to bid, or several bids from GC's.

Save your money and wait till Nov 4th.  Hopefully we are all going to do well after then!!

Go to your local Real Estate office and talk to the broker and he will line you up with a good agent to direct and mentor you.

Congratulations, I bought a Hubzo house once. It took 6 weeks to close and I had cash money.

They wanted to extend the closing and I said no. They made it work.

Paid $53,000 with $40,000 re-Hab

Sold $185,5000.

In less than 4 months!

Did several other properties during!
