Can someone recommend the best method to send money from Canada to pay our US cleaner at our STR? I am using PayPal currently but I am not certain that is the best.

I have a rental home in Florida.  I have a US bank account in Canada.  Can I set up payout for rental home to US account held at bank in Canada?  If so, what is the "Routing Number"?  Anyone have this experience?

Bought my first vacation rental home in Solterra Resort, Davenport.  Looking to find a cleaner only.  I will property manage myself.  Anyone have an idea where I could look or have any recommendations?  Thank you!

Thanks so much for that response.  That helps.  You brought up the colour so I'll ask.  Is it best to stay with whites for bath as they can be cleaned with bleach or different detergent?  That is why I figure hotels use white so much.

Just got my first STR in Florida. Home has a pool. I am looking for nice bath/hand towels for the guests. I want them to have a great experience. I am also worried the towels will get used around the pool. I will have pool towels but you know how guests are. Any suggestions for a good bath towel that washes nicely and is reasonably prices?
