Bought a quad 5 minutes from where I lived (in 2017). Renovated it. Furnished it. Put it on Airbnb. 0 spreadsheets.

In my experience hospitals don’t get involved with patient accommodations, but someone at HR may be interested in it for temp staff… pick up the phone and call them! Also check out furnishedfinder.com which is where most travel nurses find places.
