It depends if the campaign is targeted. I’ve had some success using homeowner lists rather than generic lists. Checkout list sites like https://www.cell-phone-list.ne... and see if they have homeowner lists in your area. Also, try SMS and ringless voice mail messaging. I’ve had success with both... YRMV
