Hello BP I'm Dave, I'm new to real estate investing. I have been reading on the forum and watching the podcasts and other videos for a while and want to get started. I live just outside the Louisville Kentucky area in the small town of Mount Washington. I am looking for advice, knowledge, experience and great relationships with people in my area. I'd love to get coffee or lunch and discuss ideas and get as much information as I can, maybe even work together on something.
