@Dave Kapsack is this a 2-4 unit property?  Or is it a 5+ unit property?

There are nothing but pros with establishing an LLC. I have 45 of them. All but 2 are in Wyoming, South Dakota and Alaska

One advantage is COPE (Charging Order Protection Entity) which is strongest in Wyoming. Wyoming also just made their LLC's stronger.

You will get asset protection and tax benefits but one thing that also helps is the Statutory Trusts the state offers.

I am available for further discussions and I have an outline for spider webbing your entitie.

LLC's and Trusts are where it's at. Total protection.

 Hi

I’d like to find out more about this. Do you have recommended resources to share?
Yes. www.wyomingcompany.com www.wyregisteredagent.net are 2 providers. You also can watch the 4 You Tube videos I did about this. www.youtube.com/@privatemoneyauthority

Hi All,

Its getting to that point where I am looking to connect with a pro on setting up an LLC for long term buy & hold multi family in CT.

Looking to setup the holding company , then the LLC.
This is in term of assets protection as supposed to taxes. Although I’ll take any tax benefits I can get.

Chat soon,

Dave

Hi Zach

I am also on Long Island. Its pricey. Have you looked out East or “upstate” on the otherside of the city, could be some deals there.

Do you have an agent?
are you pre qualified for a loan

Check with some of the local credit unions

If you ever find a meetup let me know. They’ve been tough to come by on the Island
