I'm reaching out to all Northern CT and Western MA fellow BP members.  I currently hold a CT real estate license and another full time job.  I am really excited to begin my journey in real estate investing.  What i'm looking for is the chance to observe and learn from a Flip in progress. To be able to be a part of a Flip would be invaluable to me in my future ventures.  I have construction background and consider myself a bit of a handyman - I would be happy and willing to pitch in with any needed work (for free of course) just for the gained experience.

If anyone is interested in bringing me in to observe and learn please let me know

Thanks!

I am looking for some advice on getting started. I currently have a full-time job and I'm working as a real estate agent on the side. My biggest hurdle right now is finding the time to do a flip. I currently have a partner that is willing to put up the money it's just a matter of finding a good property to get started with. Any advice for someone trying to make a flip work while still holding down a full-time job? Any help is appreciated

So happy to have found this community this is exactly what I was looking for. I am currently working part-time as a real estate agent and have been for about three years. I also have a full-time job in insurance as a developer to keep a stable income but would eventually love to make real estate my full-time job. I have quite a bit of experience in construction as I used to work for a contractor doing mainly framing and general contracting jobs here and there so I am familiar with the building and rehab process. I'm really excited about getting into the flipping game as I think I am in a good place to begin at this point. I have two different options for cash investors that should be invaluable to me in the early stages. Looking forward to gaining some knowledge and networking. If your in CT drop me a line!
