So many great quotes! What a pleasure to read through them.

"Why I can't." Or "How can I?" One of my favorites from Kiyosaki.

"If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right." Not sure but one of my mom's favorites.

"As a man thinketh." James Allen

"The person you are today is the person you'll be 5 years from now, except for the books you read and the people you meet." Dave Ramsey

Are there any good property managers in the Zanesville/ Newark area? I'm originally from the area and would consider purchasing property there again, still have family there.

Thanks for any help.

I apologize for the delayed response, it has been a crazy week.

@Joe Hughis - Thank you for the tip. I prefer to use conventional financing until I max out, then go with private money if I can work it out. Thanks again for your help!!!!

@Dani Belt-Or - Conventional financing is what I am looking to do, I was just seeing if anyone knew of specific lending institutions that specialize in this. When I set up our business account I asked our banker at Wells-Fargo and I was told they don't do loans for out-of-state properties.

@Jim Blackburn - Can you explain what "delayed financing guideline" means?

Thanks again for all your responses. I love the sense of community here at biggerpockets!!!!!!!!!

Hello all!

This is my first post and I feel the need to say what an awesome community of incredibly open-hearted and generous people you all are. I've never seen so many people willing to help and rejoice when people succeed! You've restored my hope that there are people who genuinely care about other people!

So that leads me to the question: we live in Florida and we recently paid cash for two out of state properties and I would like to get my seed money back out of them so I can purchase more property. Does anyone have a recommendation on which lending institutions are aggressive with loans in this type of situation?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Dave
