Tenant has had 3 signs house they are renting from Landlord is having issues with the Mortgage company.  

1.  A contractor from the Mortgage company can to cut grass at the property in question.

2.  Sign placed on do to call number if house is occupied.

3.  Small door hanger sign hung on door to call the mortgage company.

These seem to be clues landlord has issues but will not completely say.

What can a tenant do in this situation?  This is very annoying and frustrating to see these types of activities taking place at a house they are renting.

Need to find flood insurance for a 4-Plex apartment building in Georgia.  Anyone have any advice that can be shared?

I have not talked to a lender about this yet? Nor credit union or portfolio lender.

Do you live in the current property? Every two weeks, I visit property spenting the weekend there, cleaning & doing yard work.

What is your equity position (actual not an estimate)?  Not sure.

Have you talked to a lender about this? A credit union? Or portfolio lender?  I have not talked to anyone yet.

Hello Everybody,

Looking to refi 1st mortgage on a SFH out of town, to get money for a down payment get a 2nd mortgage on another SFH in a different town in Ga.

Anyone have experience doing this or any suggestions?

1. I what to keep 1st SFH but it is unoccupied looking for a renter. This is my former primary residence.

2. I want another SFH to live in as the new primary mortgage in different city in Ga.

What is the best way to accomplish this or is this a good idea? Interested in how to pull this off.

Thanks, guess an assessment would need to take place to understand existing technology the stakeholder are using or just integrate a new platform across the board.

Looking at starting non-profit, but want to leverage technology.

Would like to have meetings virtually with the stakeholders that are out of town, what is good and affordable?

Also would like to use a system to get old documents into digital format and are view able by stakeholders and committee members.  I am open to suggestions.
