Thanks.

it is true?

"For residential apartment buildings with more than 2 apartments inside, we would write the quote as an “Apartment Policy”. The quote I sent to you reflects this. The only way it would be different for us would be if this was a two family home, you lived in the one apartment and someone else rented out the other-then we could write this as a home owners policy. Once there are more than 2 apartments in the building, we have to write the policy as an apartment policy, even if you are living in one of the apartments.

100 years old brick house.  Renovated. About 500K value

Which companies shall I call?  Thanks.

HI Tavaria,  How is your experience working with investors?  What are your strategies? Hope to find a good agent who can work for long term and knows what he/she is doing and will devote time and make it happen. Union city, maybe a bit jersey city will be the target areas.

WIth budget of $650k, what can i buy or invest in jersey city or union city, within 30 min commute to NYC?

Will buy and hold --- rental income is KEY.. will live in one unit.   Prefer 3-6 family or with a commercial space.

Love to discuss the current market.. Please refer a good broker specializing in such properties , and lawyers.
