Should I let my property manager know, I want to sell property?

Quote from @Richard Bechtol:

You have a few different options for this. You could setup a LLC that acts as the operating company to act as a property management company and keep the property in your personal name. Another option is to setup a holding company to hold the asset. You could use a trust to hold the property so that it is not transferred directly into the LLC. If you have any other questions about these options I would be happy to answer

Yes I would like to know how I could do the 1st option.

Quote from @Eliott Elias:

You can transfer it in any time, make sure the loan is in your LLC's name as well

I can not transfer the loan, because the loan can only be transferred to a qualified person not an entity. I can only transfer the title and that will not give me the full scope of the LLC. So could I just deposit the revenue to the LLC checking account.

Thank you for your response with tons of great information! I have a property already and I can not transfer it to a LLC because of the type of loan I have on the property. It would be pointless to just transfer the title I feel. I would like to keep the revenue separate from my personal income. So could it be possible to start a LLC, open a business checking out, and deposit the revenue month into said account?

I would like to start a LLC and was wondering do I have to transfer the property into the LLC right away or can I do it at a later time?

What are my options, as I have a property under contract and one of the tenants did not have to pay a deposit? The tenant are friends with the owners.
