Robert,

I'm in the LA area and I go to the courthouses (Norwalk and Torrance) and get the following information:

Name of deceased, Case Number, Attorney info, PR address, property address and value.

I provide this as a service providing probate leads but I also do not have a problem telling you how to do it if you want to do it yourself. Contact me and I'll send you a sample of the information that i capture when i go to the courthouse.
