well thankle u so much for reaching out. That's very appreciative.  I'm always open to learn new things. As well I'm wishing to flip properties myself been doing it for everyone else I've had realtor's coming to me helping get properties but some how I'm always getting hooked up with fake lenders & doing a deal then falls thru the cracks cuz so many people are scamming people & it's embarrassing so many of them out there. Good day everyone.  I'm new to this site. Some people I'm connected with thru LinkedIn.  I'm a 20+ yrs veteran with house flipping.  I'm looking to join up with a lender or investor or equity partner.  I'm wanting to become a full time investor.  But at this point looking to make a living in have a crew as well we all want to work.  If anyone is needing or wanting help, give me a holler? I enjoy the work. I luv what I do as also the guys whom work for me! I luv the creativity of what I can do for its endless. I have a awesome imaginative mind pics pops up in my mind & I bring it to reality.  I enjoy seeing the expression on people's faces when done that's the most hype I get. Checks are nice but what happiness u bring to someone else is priceless.
