Hi I am trying to build business credit, does anyone know the requirements lenders want when approveing.

such as business phone or is a second phone service app good enough.

Address to business will I know it has to be a real address not a p.o. Box, but ups stores have boxes with real street address. Looking for as much info as I can get. Thanks

Hi @Aaron Treloar first step is going to a section 8 class I think they last 2 or 3 hours. It's a requirement. But if you are looking for tenants I use gosection8.com it's free and easy to use. Also just post on internet I.e craglists or any other apartment rent site just add sec8 welcome to apply. Also find the local section 8 office in area and post flyer.

@Ceasar Rosas its a service that reports and helps build a business credit profile. which could help you get loans and money without using your personal ssn.

@Keith Ellis I used legal zoom to get my llc done. Decide what works better for the business you wanna have. To me it was simple find a business name not in use prepare paper work pay a fee.

I forget about a buck, you wasted time just thinking about it.
