@Bryan Cavellier I agree 100%. Every investor I've talked to around me said there biggest regret was buying single family's and buying in undesirable neighborhoods. I am doing my best follow that advice.

@Nick Rutkowski finding deals. My top priority is 2-4 units in Strathmore. 

Help with affordable construction was also a much bigger issue then anticipated with my first deal.

My name is Darran Giangiobbe and I have been on my real estate journey for the last few years. I currently have an owner occupied duplex in the Historic Strathmore Neighborhood of Syracuse. The buyers market of the last few years has made it hard for me to find the next deal! My hope is to meet with members in Syracuse and overcome any obstacles, so I can meet my next goal of 8 units as quickly as possible.
