It still almost impossible to get somebody out. Probably will be that way thru the rest of the year. Plan appropriately. Network with your local owners. Start having conversations with your representatives.

Your very fortunate to be in Rochester. The courts are open and it happens they have been designated with developing the system to handle the crisis.

Your point of contact should be Jaime Cain with Boylan Code.

2nd for Jamie Michele Cain out of Boylan Code. She is definitely the go to!

Hows everybody hanging in there? Any updates anybody cares to share?

Definitely need to come together! We have a rough road ahead of us. The challenges we face here in CNY are unlike the challenges in the City.

I was at Jamie's breakfast round table this morning in Rochester. I showed her this thread and she wanted everybody to follow her on Twitter @Jaimemichelle6

She is working hard on behalf of NY landlords!

I see Van Derhoof Roofing and The Roofing Guys all the time during the summer. Both attack jobs pretty aggressively. Not uncommon to see them complete a job in a day or two, literally. We had an early start to winter this year. So that may affect you a bit right now.

@Ed Sautter I seen your post on IG. Didn't know you were on Bigger Pockets too. How have you dealt with all the contingencies the Syracuse Land Bank requires? That has been my biggest turn off from trying to buy one of there properties.

Hope you keep us updated with the process!

@Blaise Doremus I'm not prepared to invest out of state. I'm not experienced enough.

I would have to know somebody on the ground that I could trust.
